HAZY IPA
Our Hazy IPA brings everything we love in an IPA, without the overwhelming bitterness. It’s brewed to showcase a smooth and creamy mouth feel from oats and wheat. Giving off bright aromas of citrus, gooseberry, and hints of white wine that rise to the surface for an exceedingly aromatic IPA. This beer is brewed with Southern Cross, Citra, and Mosaic hops and fermented with Juice Yeast. 6.5% ABV
DOUBLE IPA
JAPANESE LAGER
Our flagship Japanese Lager is inspired by the crisp lagers of Okinawa. Crafted using puffed jasmine rice and toasted rice flakes, this beer has a unique floral nose and familiar Japanese lager taste. It’s fermented using Urkel from Imperial Yeast. This Czech Yeast lends to a very clean and crisp rice lager. This beer is extremely approachable for any beer drinker and pairs up nicely with any type of food. 5% ABV
INDIA PALE WHALE
This West Coast IPA features Mosaic Cryo, Chinook and Simcoe Hops. The cryo hops in this beer bring out maximum aroma and flavor that finishes smooth with a firm bitterness. 6.5% ABV
